A reputable firm, 5thWall Consulting, is hiring an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in real estate. This full-time role is based in Sangotedo, Lagos, and offers a monthly salary between N500,000 and N600,000. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, operational leadership, and stakeholder management expertise to drive performance and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of real estate projects and transactions
- Analyze and improve operational processes, implementing data-driven changes
- Lead cross-functional teams across administrative, sales, and customer service units
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 5–7 years of proven experience in operational management, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail
