Job Overview
Zenith Carex International Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transportation, timely deliveries, and efficient coordination of dispatch operations within Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor dispatch and delivery activities, tracking shipments and providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate dispatch riders, plan delivery routes, and liaise with both internal teams and external vendors to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, shipping documents, and operational reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, with the ability to drive a bus.
- Valid driving license is required; ability to ride a bike is an added advantage.
