Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦450,000
A detail-oriented Operations Officer is needed to join our Licensing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth licensing processes. If you have a strong background in operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the licensing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth licensing operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for licensing activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software.
