Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support operations and maintenance design philosophies and project-specific specifications.
- Provide expert coordination and guidance for OIMS, GPQMS/GPIMS, Hydrocarbon Controls Practices (HCP), UIA, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer functional and technical support related to operations, manufacturing, and structural improvement plans.
- Support cost optimization efforts and productivity enhancement programs.
- Contribute technical input to training content and delivery.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives as required.
- Maintain and share best practices across teams and locations.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Develop project plans, integrating lessons learned and best practice recommendations.
- Provide support for conceptual design and early-stage FEED studies when needed.
- Contribute to corporate planning and performance stewardship activities.
- Offer operational support and guidance to management as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in a similar role within operations, maintenance, or related industries.
- Proven capability in SSHE management, operations technology, critical operations oversight, and maintenance management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong decision-making, customer focus, and business judgment.
- Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and sharing technical knowledge.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive meaningful change across functions.
