Lily Hospitals Limited, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ophthalmologist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional eye care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and advanced surgical procedures for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including vision testing and prescription of glasses or contact lenses.
- Diagnose and treat eye diseases in children and adults, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures such as cataract removal, corneal repair, and treatment of eye injuries.
- Manage medical conditions affecting vision, including glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy.
- Utilize therapeutic procedures and perform biopsies when required.
Requirements:
- A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialty in Ophthalmology.
- Current practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating eye conditions, as well as performing surgical procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
