Outbound Appointment Setter (Remote)
Job Description
A Canadian-based company is hiring a full-time Remote Outbound Appointment Setter to join its growing sales team. This position offers a stable schedule, monthly base pay, performance-based commissions, and the opportunity to work from anywhere. Candidates must be fluent in English, results-driven, and comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make over 150 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients
- Send timely follow-up emails to maintain engagement
- Schedule a minimum of 4 qualified appointments weekly
- Work consistently from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MDT
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of outbound cold calling experience
- Strong spoken and written English (9/10 fluency or above)
- Reliable computer with a minimum of 4GB RAM
- Quality webcam and noise-cancelling headset
- Stable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- High energy, disciplined, results-oriented, and committed to targets
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
