Job Description
A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive measurable growth for clients through high-performance paid media campaigns. The role focuses on multi-channel acquisition strategies, with an emphasis on delivering ROI at scale for both lead generation and eCommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve performance KPIs
- Monitor and adjust campaigns daily to maximize ROAS, lead generation, and conversions
- Implement, test, and troubleshoot tracking tags through Google Tag Manager
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and reporting tools to identify actionable insights
- Prepare clear performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads with six-figure monthly budgets
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns; eCommerce experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for landing page performance analysis
- Intermediate or higher skills in Google Tag Manager, including tag setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience with reporting tools such as AgencyAnalytics or Looker Studio
- Familiarity with Slack and ClickUp for communication and project management
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to heatmap and user recording tools like Microsoft Clarity, HotJar, or Lucky Egg
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising platforms such as StackAdapt or The Trade Desk
