Job Description

Tadpull empowers mid-sized businesses with data and AI tools to compete with larger players, helping brands transform data into growth. Their software and services power smarter digital marketing for leading names such as Caterpillar, Vivint, Mystery Ranch, Oboz, Jackson Hole Resort, and Spoonful of Comfort, across platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, and Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta (Advantage+), along with emerging platforms.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, audience targeting, bid adjustments, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative briefs, A/B testing, and data-driven strategies.
  • Proactively suggest experiments to improve campaign results and take ownership of smaller accounts as proficiency develops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Strong English communication skills with knowledge of North American cultural references.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies quickly.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background with e-commerce and product-based brands.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Amazon Ads, TikTok, or Pinterest.
  • Google and Meta certifications.
