Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms
- Develop and implement media plans aligned with campaign and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth audience research to improve targeting and campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights
- Optimize ongoing campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and engagement

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of media planning and new media platforms
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media campaign management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with teams and clients
- Strong research skills to analyze audience behavior and campaign effectiveness
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with online advertising tools and platforms is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
