Short Description:
Helium Health, a leading healthtech company transforming healthcare delivery across Africa, is hiring a Partnership Senior Associate. This role involves driving business growth and partnerships across both the public and private healthcare sectors using the company’s full suite of digital health products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic sales and business development plans to drive product adoption across healthcare stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships across hospitals, HMOs, and healthcare professionals to support expansion goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and service delivery to ensure consistent communication and delivery of customer expectations.
• Conduct business research and market analysis to support the team’s strategic decisions and optimize the attractiveness of offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management with measurable success in meeting growth targets.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector in Abuja and the Northern region is an added advantage.
• Background in selling enterprise software; experience with healthcare-specific solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Relations, Finance, Economics, Medical, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
