Salary: ₦900,000 – ₦1,200,000 Monthly
An established player in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced Performance and Development Specialist to drive performance management and employee development strategies across the organization. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with a strong background in performance management and learning & development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with business goals
- Design and manage learning and development initiatives to improve employee capabilities
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
- Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics to support data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in performance and/or learning & development functions
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, particularly in performance appraisal frameworks and talent development
- Relevant professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
