Job Overview:
A detail-oriented Performance Management Analyst is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing employee performance metrics, developing improvement strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of performance management processes in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance insights for senior management.
- Support HR in designing training and development programs based on performance analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in performance management or HR analytics, preferably in banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or HR software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
