Location: Agbara, Ogun (Full-Time, Onsite)

Join a dynamic packaging and manufacturing company as a Performance Management Specialist. In this role, you will drive employee performance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals through structured evaluation and development processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Design Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles.
  • Utilize performance management software to track and analyze employee progress.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on effective performance evaluations.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and talent development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in performance management and KRA development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi) is a plus.
