Job Overview:
A growing consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and some experience in administrative roles—especially within a travel agency or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Requirements:
- A BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a travel agency.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and capable of working independently.
