Job Description
This role seeks a highly proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide executive support while driving structure, creativity, and growth in daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about content creation, organizing tasks, and supporting brand expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and ensure timely follow-ups on administrative tasks and deadlines.
- Create simple, engaging digital content (images, videos, reels) for social media, assisting with basic editing, scripting, and post scheduling.
- Assist in the planning and on-site execution of events, pop-ups, and brand activations, handling vendor logistics and post-event reporting.
- Research market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to support brand visibility, email marketing, and partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative support capacity.
- Proficiency in basic content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong written/verbal communication.
- A tech-savvy and creative individual with knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills: Graphic design or video editing experience, familiarity with social media analytics, and experience with influencer or customer communities are advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N200,000 per month
