Job Description

Location: Delta State (Remote)

MIP Consults is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support daily operations remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
  2. Coordinate communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  4. Assist in handling administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in remote workload management.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under pressure.
  • High-performance laptop and stable internet connection; backup systems for power and internet outages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, and ability to adapt to new tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant is preferred.
  • Punctual, consistent, and trustworthy.
  • Based in Warri, Delta State or nearby areas.
