About the Role:
Mently is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Personal Assistant to support the Director and Founder across all her professional activities and affiliated organizations. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to assist in both virtual and occasional physical engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements; attend events in Port Harcourt when necessary.
- Screen phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle requests or queries promptly and professionally.
- Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and design materials using Canva.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs while maintaining efficient filing systems and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant; remote work experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including the use of productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and maintain confidentiality.
