Job Description
A reputable pharmacy in Baruwa, Lagos is seeking an experienced and passionate Community Pharmacist to provide patient-centered care and ensure safe, effective medication use. This role requires a dedicated professional who resides within or very close to Baruwa and its surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Offer professional advice on drug use, side effects, and interactions.
- Maintain proper records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled drugs.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support daily operations.
- Promote health awareness and provide lifestyle counseling when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a valid practicing license in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in community pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, dispensing practices, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and record-keeping skills.
- Must reside in Baruwa, Lagos or nearby areas (Ipaja, Ayobo, Egbeda, Gowon Estate). Applications outside these areas will not be considered.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays and Sundays
Salary & Benefits
- ₦200,000 monthly
