Job Description
Royal Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Pharmacy Technician at its Enugu branch. This role is ideal for individuals with strong pharmaceutical knowledge and administrative skills who are looking to contribute to healthcare delivery in a reputable facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
- Maintain accurate inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Handle administrative duties including typing, record keeping, and customer service
- Repackage and label medications, ensuring proper storage and categorization
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves and the pharmacy environment
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician Certificate from a recognized School of Health
- Minimum of OND/HND in any discipline
- Must be computer literate and able to type efficiently
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy law, drug dispensing, and medical terminology
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must reside in Enugu or have accommodation readily available
