Job Description
Lotus Capital Limited is seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee investment portfolios, analyze financial markets, and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns. This role is suited for professionals with solid experience in asset management, financial modeling, and strategic investment decision-making across multiple asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor economic trends and financial markets to guide investment decisions
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare high-quality recommendations
- Construct and manage diversified investment portfolios in line with mandates
- Perform financial analysis, trading analysis, and develop valuation models
- Oversee transaction execution and settlement processes
- Ensure accurate recording of portfolio and transaction data
- Achieve portfolio performance that outperforms selected benchmarks
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and optimization strategies
- Prepare and present strategy and performance reports
- Carry out other related investment management duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred
- Professional certification in finance or accounting is an advantage
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing equities and fixed income instruments
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and capital markets
- Knowledge of trading strategies and investment techniques
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation ability and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Familiarity with non-interest finance principles is an added advantage
