Job Description

Moniepoint Incorporated, a leading global business payments and banking platform, is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Edo. This role involves leading credit operations, managing loan portfolios, and driving growth while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Field Credit Officers, setting clear performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
  • Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and risks, taking proactive measures when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient loan servicing and strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong expertise in credit risk and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the financial sector.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage loan portfolios in a dynamic environment.
  • Must be resident in Edo State.
