Job Description
Moniepoint Incorporated, a leading global business payments and banking platform, is seeking a Portfolio Manager in Edo. This role involves leading credit operations, managing loan portfolios, and driving growth while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Field Credit Officers, setting clear performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and risks, taking proactive measures when needed.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient loan servicing and strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in lending, credit, or portfolio management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in credit risk and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the financial sector.
- Proven ability to grow and manage loan portfolios in a dynamic environment.
- Must be resident in Edo State.
