Mictec International Schools in Ogudu Ojota, Lagos is hiring a qualified and experienced School Principal to lead and manage its academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational leadership, a passion for academic excellence, and the ability to foster a productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary and strategic leadership across all areas of school operations
- Supervise curriculum planning, development, and execution
- Lead and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high educational standards
- Oversee financial planning, resource management, and policy implementation
- Promote strong partnerships with parents, students, and the local community
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
- A Postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership or Administration is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in school leadership or administrative roles
- Demonstrated success in driving academic performance and institutional growth
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
