Job Description
The Principal/Senior Consultant plays a strategic role in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition and executive search projects. This position involves working closely with partners, managing delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple client engagements. The role offers exposure to diverse industries and complex hiring needs, requiring both leadership and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and executive search projects from briefing to placement
- Engage and manage internal teams, stakeholders, and client relationships effectively
- Develop job specifications, market messaging, and candidate attraction strategies
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and shortlist presentations
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and project updates for clients
- Identify risks within projects and escalate appropriately to ensure timely delivery
- Support offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and post-placement follow-ups
- Drive account growth through client engagement and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
- At least 5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including executive search
- Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Strong skills in candidate assessment, reporting, and market insights
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English
