Job Description

The Principal/Senior Consultant plays a strategic role in delivering end-to-end talent acquisition and executive search projects. This position involves working closely with partners, managing delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple client engagements. The role offers exposure to diverse industries and complex hiring needs, requiring both leadership and hands-on expertise.

Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote Available)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and executive search projects from briefing to placement
  • Engage and manage internal teams, stakeholders, and client relationships effectively
  • Develop job specifications, market messaging, and candidate attraction strategies
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and shortlist presentations
  • Prepare detailed candidate reports and project updates for clients
  • Identify risks within projects and escalate appropriately to ensure timely delivery
  • Support offer negotiations, onboarding processes, and post-placement follow-ups
  • Drive account growth through client engagement and business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing senior stakeholders and client relationships
  • At least 5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience, including executive search
  • Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Strong skills in candidate assessment, reporting, and market insights
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English
