ResourcePRO is looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to support it’s procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in foreign purchases, freight, and logistics, along with strong analytical skills to optimize supplier relationships and ensure efficient procurement processes. This role also involves periodic travel for supplier audits and vendor registration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplier audits and vendor registrations in Lagos, Onitsha, Kano, and Aba.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate foreign purchases, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.
  • Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of international procurement, freight, and logistics operations.
  • Willingness to travel to Onitsha, Kano, and Aba as required.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
