A reputable organization in Abuja is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities and supplier relationships. The role involves ensuring cost-effective procurement, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating the timely delivery of goods and services required for efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor performance while supporting organizational goals.

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Source reliable vendors and negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, pricing, and procurement activities
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure the consistent delivery of quality products and services
- Work with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory requirements
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with established policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Prepare procurement reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with procurement software is an advantage
