Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services in line with company policies and budget constraints.
• Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and build strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software tools.
• Proximity to Ikoyi is highly preferred.
