Procurement Supervisor
Job Description
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 per month
About the Role
A Procurement Supervisor is needed to manage our procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working with procurement software like Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
- Oversee purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to prevent shortages.
- Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, supplier details, and pricing.
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Odoo software and other procurement management tools.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
