Job Description

Superside is hiring a Product Design Lead to drive the design of AI-powered product experiences that support creative and marketing teams at enterprise scale. This role focuses on shaping Superspace, an AI-driven creative platform built to reduce friction, improve workflows, and enable high-quality creative output for global organizations. The position is a senior individual contributor role, reporting to the Design Director and working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers to understand user needs, business goals, and long-term product vision.
  • Lead end-to-end product design from concept to launch, with a strong focus on AI-driven workflows and experiences.
  • Translate validated concepts into high-quality, production-ready UI aligned with the company’s design system.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research insights to design intuitive, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and collaborate on experiments to test and refine product ideas.
  • Build and iterate on prototypes, including leveraging AI tools to accelerate design exploration.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and collaborative workshops with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
  • Create and maintain clear design documentation to support alignment and efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience designing enterprise-grade digital products.
  • Proven experience working on AI-powered products, systems, or complex workflows.
  • Strong product design skills with high attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Solid understanding of the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research through delivery.
  • Experience running experiments, defining success metrics, and iterating based on data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to organize and maintain clear, usable design documentation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, experiment-driven product environments.
  • Business-aware, data-informed, and self-directed approach to problem solving.
