Youverify is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI / UX) to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing products. Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user requirements, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Design user interface elements such as dashboards, navigation systems, menus, widgets, and other digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop visual assets, illustrations, graphics, and interface designs that enhance the overall user experience.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Identify and resolve usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design challenges.
• Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on user research, testing results, and stakeholder feedback.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintain consistency across products.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI / UX best practices.
Job Requirements
• 2 – 4 years of experience in Product Design and UI / UX Design.
• Experience working within startup, SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects for web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout design, and information hierarchy.
• Ability to conduct user research, analyze findings, and convert insights into actionable design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex user experience challenges.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern product development processes.
