Job Description

Duplo is seeking a Product Growth Specialist to drive product commercialization and growth across African markets. The role focuses on executing product marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and demand generation campaigns while collaborating with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position with opportunities to influence product adoption and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that communicates clear customer benefits across user personas and industries.
  • Support go-to-market activities and product launches, including announcements, emails, blog posts, landing pages, webinars, and sales collateral updates.
  • Execute growth and demand generation campaigns across digital channels, content marketing, events, and partnerships to drive leads, demos, and sales pipeline.
  • Track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and product adoption, and support optimization of messaging, channels, and workflows.
  • Assist in regional expansion by localizing campaigns and adapting messaging for new African markets.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM execution in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Experience translating product features into customer-facing value propositions.
  • Knowledge of growth metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, adoption) and familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
