Job Description

A reputable organization is hiring a Product Management Instructor to design, deliver, and improve hands-on learning programs that help learners build real-world product management skills. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product leadership experience, teaching ability, and a passion for mentoring aspiring product managers. This position is fully remote with flexible scheduling and regular collaborative sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a data-informed Product Management curriculum that covers product strategy, user research, execution, analytics, and growth.
  • Design interactive learning experiences such as workshops, simulations, and capstone projects that mirror real product challenges.
  • Mentor learners through project-based exercises, providing feedback on market research, prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with content and curriculum teams to update materials with the latest tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate learner projects using clear rubrics and use feedback data to continuously improve the learning experience.
  • Lead simulated product sprints and guide students in data-driven decision-making and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of product frameworks such as OKRs, AARRR, and North Star Metrics.
  • Familiarity with modern product tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, Figma, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor and simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
  • Action-oriented, adaptable, and detail-driven professional with a growth mindset.

Hours: 8am – 5pm
Time Zones: WAT (UTC +1) and CST (UTC -6); 4-hour overlap required weekly (1pm–5pm CST / 7pm–11pm WAT)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 based on experience.
