Job Description

Cinqteos Group is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its core digital product. This role involves defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create value for SMEs and institutional partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong business insight with technical understanding to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Translate business priorities into clear product requirements, features, and delivery plans
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Drive product adoption by improving onboarding, engagement, and conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth and commercialization initiatives
  • Engage with financial institutions and strategic partners to strengthen product positioning
  • Define and track KPIs across user growth, retention, engagement, and revenue
  • Use data insights and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, with ownership of digital products
  • Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or similar digital platforms
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business units
  • Familiarity with API integrations and managing external digital partnerships is an advantage
  • Knowledge of no-code or low-code tools such as Bubble.io is a plus
  • Experience managing institutional stakeholders is an added advantage
