Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to software products.
- Provide timely support and resolution for product-related challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and performance.
- Conduct research to identify solutions for recurring product issues.
- Document technical processes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is an added advantage.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
