Salary: ₦80,000
Are you passionate about fashion and have a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our production team to ensure seamless operations, from garment preparation to quality control, in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tailors with garment alterations, repairs, and other sewing tasks.
- Prepare garments for production, including labeling, sorting, and packaging.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all finished products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Basic tailoring skills with knowledge of sewing techniques and garment construction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus but not mandatory.
