Introduction:
Sagesse De Dieu Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee its production processes and ensure the efficient operation of its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of production management principles, particularly in furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily targets.
• Oversee quality control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze production workflows and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in reading, interpreting, and executing cutting lists.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of production workflows, quality control systems, and HSE regulations.
• Proficient communication, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain productivity and focus under pressure.
