natnudO Food is seeking a qualified Production Officer to oversee and manage chicken production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high standards in production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in abattoir operations and team management within the food production industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
- Manage production teams to meet targets and maintain productivity standards.
- Implement food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in chicken production management.
- Strong knowledge of abattoir operations specific to chicken production.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and enforcing food safety practices.
