Job Description

CredPal Limited is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Program Manager to lead participation in global accelerators, incubators, venture studios, and non-dilutive funding programs. The Program Manager will own the full application lifecycle — from identifying high-value programs to preparing submissions and securing placements in competitive startup ecosystems worldwide. This role requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate closely with founders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and maintain a structured database of accelerators, incubators, venture studios, government innovation programs, grants, and competitions
• Track eligibility criteria, deadlines, and requirements while maintaining a 3–6 month rolling application calendar
• Lead preparation and submission of high-quality applications including written essays, pitch deck customization, founder bios, product descriptions, traction summaries, financial data, and demo materials
• Ensure consistent storytelling, polished documentation, and zero missed deadlines across all submissions
• Coordinate with founders and leadership to gather information and translate insights into compelling application narratives
• Prepare briefing documents and align messaging across materials
• Support interview preparation through Q&A documents, mock sessions, and follow-ups with program teams
• Track acceptance rates and recommend priority programs based on strategic fit
• Identify and manage grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities, ensuring timely submissions and outcome tracking

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in startup operations, program management, venture capital support roles, founder associate roles, or accelerator/incubator environments
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Exceptional organizational and research abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying to or working with global accelerators such as Y Combinator, Techstars, Antler, or similar programs
• Grant writing experience
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems
• Pitch deck editing experience
• Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, CRM tools, data rooms, and application portals
