Salary: ₦180,000/month (negotiable)
Location: Onsite in Yaba, Lagos

A growing organization in Yaba, Lagos is seeking a Programs & Community Manager to drive community engagement, oversee program execution, and ensure impactful experiences for participants. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with a passion for building relationships and executing structured programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage community events, workshops, and programs from start to finish
  • Foster and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to programs and community initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing programs, providing regular updates and insights
  • Support team coordination and contribute to strategic planning for community growth

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in program management, community engagement, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Lagos-based ecosystems or similar local communities is a plus
