Job Description
Spencer Ogden is hiring a skilled Project Administrator for a 6-month full-time contract to provide critical administrative support to its Legal Counsel team. The role focuses on documentation management, communication coordination, and ensuring smooth legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Legal Counsel in organizing, gathering, and classifying legal documentation.
- Maintain and regularly update a secure and comprehensive document repository.
- Provide daily updates on communication and progress for ongoing legal cases.
- Conduct research and review documentation as required by Legal Counsel.
- Coordinate with representatives and relevant parties to ensure effective communication flow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project administration or a related role, preferably with exposure to legal documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Contract Duration: 6 months, full-time.
