Job Description
A reputable agricultural company, Nine Stars Agricultural Company Limited, is currently seeking an experienced and creative Project Architect / Structural Designer to join its team. This position requires a strong background in architectural design, structural detailing, and project coordination. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of architectural standards and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed architectural designs and structural plans for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure completion within budget and schedule
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Ensure all architectural work aligns with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety requirements
- Develop master plans and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in architectural or structural design roles
- Licensed architects with valid registration are preferred but not mandatory
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technically sound architectural designs
- Ability to work on multiple projects, paying close attention to detail and quality
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ode Remo, Ogun State, or nearby areas
- Prior experience with reputable civil engineering firms in Nigeria or abroad is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Yoruba is recommended; basic Chinese is an advantage
