A reputable organization in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of EPCIC projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong technical exposure to engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities across complex project environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and commissioning teams.
- Prepare, manage, and track project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and invoices.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and delays and support mitigation actions.
- Support procurement planning, materials tracking, vendor expediting, and interface management.
- Liaise with logistics, supply chain, QHSSE teams, and external vendors to ensure timely mobilization and compliance.
- Support preparation of proposals, project updates, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and applicable industry standards.
- Support change management, variation claims, and implementation of project execution plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in EPCIC and Oil & Gas project coordination.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, FEED/DEED, offshore operations, fabrication yards, and EPF facilities.
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian Oil & Gas operations, including NNPC, IOCs, NOCs, and Marginal Fields.
- Familiarity with NCDMB, NUPRC, and local content compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound financial, technical, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
- Strong vendor coordination and contract negotiation capability.
