Job Description

Location: Victoria Island, Nigeria (Full-Time, Onsite)
Salary: NGN 700,000 Monthly Net

An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Oversee contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects successfully.
