Job Description

Softnet Limited is hiring a Project Manager/Business Analyst to oversee project delivery, analyze business requirements, and drive strategic growth. The role is based in Abuja with competitive compensation and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Analyze business needs, identify product gaps, and develop strategies to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and documentation to secure contracts and track project performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, software engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong background in proposal writing and business documentation.
  • Experience working with software development teams and technology-driven projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), data analysis, and CRM software.
  • Required certifications: PMP, CBAP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
