A reputable company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for their residential estate development finishing works. This role requires an individual with a solid background in construction management, particularly in the finishing stages of residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of residential estate developments with attention to detail, ensuring quality, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finishing works of residential estate development projects.
- Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure all work is completed according to specifications and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing residential estate development projects, especially in the finishing phase.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of construction finishing work techniques and materials.
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
