Job Description

A pharmaceutical consulting and project-driven organization is recruiting an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager, Pharmaceutical to oversee pharmaceutical projects from development to commercialization. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and compliance standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects across the product lifecycle.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary pharmaceutical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and industry partners to achieve project goals.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, stakeholder meetings, and professional events.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, innovations, and regulatory updates relevant to ongoing projects.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management with proven leadership experience.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of drug development processes, regulatory frameworks, and GMP compliance.
  • Practical laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
