Project Manager – RANN Farms
Job Description
RANN Farms is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a new meat processing and retail business. This role requires strong project management skills in agribusiness or FMCG, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, vendors, and regulators
- Monitor budget and expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC and SON
- Prepare regular reports on project milestones, risks, and performance metrics
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in agribusiness, construction, or FMCG
- Proven success in managing start-up or launch projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
