Project Manager (Real Estate Development)
Job Description
A leading organization in the real estate sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-value residential and commercial development projects in Lagos. This role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end real estate development projects from planning through delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
- Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, and provide reports to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in construction or real estate project management
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Demonstrated experience delivering residential or commercial development projects
- Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and on-site execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project
