Job Description
Vertex Realty Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects. This role involves assisting project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are effectively managed while maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, including developing project plans, strategies, objectives, and milestones
- Coordinate administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, organizing project calendars, taking minutes, and updating project management tools
- Monitor daily project progress, identify potential risks, flag delays, and track performance against budgets and timelines
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including records, reports, contracts, and project files
- Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar supporting role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office tools
