Job Overview:
An opportunity is available for a Projects Officer to join an organization focused on impactful non-profit programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the strategy design, development, and execution of various projects, ensuring adherence to work plans, timelines, and deliverable deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, development, and execution of programs in line with the organization’s thematic areas.
  • Ensure all projects and programs are completed according to established work plans, timelines, and content.
  • Monitor and ensure project deliverables are met within deadlines.
  • Provide leadership in managing projects while maintaining quality standards and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of non-profit programming is preferred.
  • A relevant first degree, higher degree, or field experience in Public Health, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Agricultural Extension with proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and internet navigation is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
