A reputable consulting firm is seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to provide expert legal services in the area of real estate. The ideal candidate will have courtroom experience, a passion for real estate law, and a strong litigation background. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle complex property cases and offer sound legal advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related contracts.
- Represent clients in court on property and land-related disputes.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory services on land use, lease agreements, and property rights.
- Ensure legal compliance in all real estate documentation and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in real estate law.
